Dr. Ludmilla Oigenblick Executive Director
Emigrated from Moscow to Israel in 1991. Received PhD in Sociology from Moscow State University. From 1992 to 2000, Dr. Oigenblick has worked as a fellow researcher at the Technion - the Israel Institute of Technology, and published a wide range of articles in European and American scientific journals on immigration issues. In 1999, together with other members of mixed families who immigrated from the former Soviet Union, Dr. Oigenblick founded The Association for the Rights of Mixed Families, and since then serves as an executive director. She develops and runs a wide range of programs for mixed families on Jewish identity and human rights, and provides lobbying activities and campaigns directed at targeted immigrant population.

Lilia Itskov Projects Manager and Haifa branch coordinator
Emigrated from Irkutsk to Israel in 1999. Received B.A. degree in History from Irkutsk State University. Her Graduate Student Paper was focused on ethnic self-identification of descendants of intermarried couples in modern Russia. In Israel Lilia published several essays and articles in the Russian-language newspapers. She began working with AMF in 2002 as a project manager of the programs for immigrant children and as an author of numerous articles about AMF activities. Nowadays Lilia assists a large number of mixed families' members from Haifa district on the issue of civil status, and coordinates their efforts with the Ministry of Interior and legal aid services.

Tatyana Probka Karmiel Branch Coordinator
Mrs. Probka emigrated from Lipetsk, Ukraine to Israel in 1996. She was an experienced Trade Technician. With her arrival to Israel Tatyana has settled in the city of Karmiel, which is located in the northern district of Israel and never abandoned it since. During the Second Lebanon War (in the summer of 2006), while many residents have left the city, seeking refuge in more secure places - Tatyana stayed in Karmiel and did her best to support her community. Tatyana is affiliated with AMF since 2001, and became a founder of the Karmiel Branch. She is responsible for many activities for mixed families' members conducted by AMF, which include providing personal assistant services to immigrants from the FSU, holding educational activities for teenagers, and conducting seminars and workshops on the issues of Jewish traditions, Hebrew learning and raising gender awareness.

Irina Falchenko Jerusalem Branch Coordinator
Mrs. Falchenko emigrated from Kharkov, Ukraine in 1990. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Irina founded the Jerusalem branch of the AMF in 2003. She runs programs on Jewish identity and conversion courses for mixed families.
